Две от производствените бази се намират в Раковски и произвеждат електрически компоненти ниско и средно напрежение. Другият се намира в Петрич – за продукти ниско напрежение. АББ разполага и със сервизен център за турбокомпресори във Варна.
Работеща чрез четири основни бизнеса – Електроснабдяване и електрообзавеждане (Electrification - EL), Задвижване (Motion - MO), Роботика и дискретна автоматизация (Robotics & Discrete automation - RA) и Енергийни мрежи (Power grids - PG) – АББ България успешно взима участие в проекти за националната енергийна система.

The Quality Engineer has the role of deploying and facilitating the quality culture
ensuring and controlling the quality to exceed customer expectations while ensuring
sustainable operations, and representing the customer’s voice within local teams,
providing customer experience feedback and input.
Reporting to the Product & Process Quality Manager you will provide assistance
with and maintain the quality management system, managing all aspects in line
with guidance from ABB Group/division/business area.
Your responsibilities:
Assisting in implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet
requirements, and making sure that control plans are applied and effective in
mitigating risks.
•Enabling and coaching employees to evaluate risks, problems and solutions
from a customer/stakeholder point of view.
•Utilizing systems and tools to assist with product data and evaluations to
ensure that products meet expectations throughout their lifecycle.
•Utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to assure effective
introduction of new products.
•Helping local teams apply an operational approach and process management
a system that is continually evaluated for effectiveness.
•Performing audits and using analytics to identify risks, failures, and nonconformances,
and assisting in applying corrective and preventive action.
•Providing quality training to local teams, enabling them to define and
document processes that are efficient and under control.
Your background:
Experience
• in quality field.
• Sound knowledge of Problem solving, FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP or EPR systems will be considered as an advantage.
•A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken. English communication skills.
•Technical university degree in relevant field.
• Fluent Bulgarian language.
