Intelligent Process Automation Consultan
LOCATION
Sofia, Bulgaria
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
We are seeking a motivated candidate, at a Consultant level, with a passion for technology to help drive the IPA team in Sofia, to develop innovative solutions and help transform business processes. You will be part of a diverse, fast-paced and innovative culture. You will be able to work on a wide range of projects, covering different automation technologies.
The IPA Consultant has direct, client-facing engagement responsibilities. In addition to learning and training together with a team in Sofia and globally, the Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent teamwork, client service and a desire to develop technical and professional competencies. The Consultant learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve business processes.
The IPA Consultant is extremely flexible role, working with vast amount of technologies and allows the consultant to extend their knowledge beyond the regular technology stack of an RPA developer. The consultant will learn how to prepare automation analysis, solution design, develop, test, improve and provide support to the end clients’ automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS
· Experience working in teams and a client-facing environment
· An inquisitive mind and a desire to develop technical and consulting skills
· Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships
· Knowledge and experience with core business processes is a plus
· Experience with UiPath is a plus
· RPA certifications are a plus
· Understanding of web development, QA automation or process automation is a plus
· Fundamental understanding of Microsoft technologies Office 365 / Power Platform / SharePoint is a plus
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
· Degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or similar is plus
· UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification v1.0 is plus
· Blue Prism, Power Automate or Automation anywhere certifications is a plus
