The 4th edition of our programme is structured into two phases:
Phase 1: The Fundamentals (All Tracks)
During the initial phase, participants complete 2-month intensive training in Microsoft Tech Fundamentals, including: Azure Cloud, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), DevOps, Development Stack: C#, .NET, JavaScript.
Phase 2: Specialisation – Data & Analytics Analyst
In the second phase, participants progress into their chosen track. This role focuses on developing the skills and capabilities required to work as a Data & Analytics Analyst.
Job Description
SPACE is a graduate programme designed for students who we will train in Microsoft technologies. The technologies utilized within the company include Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Power BI, T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Databases, Microsoft Fabric, and more. The programme spans for 4 months with various modules, each dedicated to different technologies you will work with and it will be held every working day in the Hitachi Solutions Bulgaria’s office. You will learn in a collaborative environment, working alongside colleagues from the other tracks and contributing to shared assignments and practical exercises. Upon successful completion, you will progress into the Data & Analytics Analyst role, where you will begin by shadowing real projects and gradually transition into independent work, fostering your professional development.
Qualifications
- Degree or in process of obtaining one (must have already completed their 3rd or 4th year) in Data Science, Analytics, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
- Knowledge of data systems and SQL
- Knowledge of programming languages; e.g. C#, Python, DAX/M, R is desirable
- Knowledge of BI tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau is a plus
- Fluency in English
- German and/ or French will be a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Interest in Microsoft-based products
- Team spirit
- A passion for technology!
Key Responsibilities
- A Data & Analytics Analyst is responsible for assisting the capturing and detailing business processes and needs from our clients, through workshops, meetings, and documentation.
- On a daily basis, you will be working closely with the team in developing data analytics solutions to assist effective operational, tactical and strategic decision making.
- As part of this role you will be expected to:
- Develop data solutions in Azure (using technologies such as Synapse Analytics, Fabric) to ingest various sources into a unified data platform.
- Work with Data Engineers to transform data ready for serving in reports.
- Develop and deliver PowerBI reports to a wide range of clients.
