Main responsibilities
• Monitoring and reporting on quality-related key performance indicators such as scrap, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures.
• Ensuring compliance and assisting with the adherence to the aspects of the Quality Management System related to the product and process special characteristics;
• Participate in the development and refinement of Process FMEA`s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control Plans;
• Ensuring control plans and any relevant documentation are implemented effectively and maintained;
• Developing product test procedures (working instruction and templates) use in production;
• Assisting with prototype sample approvals;
• Completing technical documents related to the manufacturing processes and products;

Candidate requirements:
• University Degree – Machining Engineer or relevant.
• Very Good command of English both written and oral;
• Experienced user of MS applications, ERP system and WEB-B2B portals;
• Certificates in Automotive Core Tools will be considered as an advantage;
• Very good communication, proactive and teamwork skills;
