Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the operational capacity and technical condition of electrical installations, machinery, and equipment.
- Supervise routine and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and facilities. Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop maintenance strategies for new production lines or facilities.
- Manage and update technical documentation for equipment, production lines, and facilities.
- Address major technical issues to improve performance and maintain production tools and equipment in optimal working order.
- Propose improvement projects to reduce maintenance needs, optimize energy efficiency, and boost productivity.
- Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and other operational issues to minimize production disruptions.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental guidelines to ensure the safety of personnel and resources.
- Uphold company values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and supporting your colleagues and the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electronics, or Industrial Automation.
- Experience in programming PLC controllers.
- Solid knowledge of technical documentation.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is recommended.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong skills in handling electrical equipment and tools.
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, motivation, and strong communication and teamwork skills
