We are looking for a personable and highly motivated HR intern to support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities in the scope of employee employment relations and benefits.
Once you join our team as HR Administration Intern you will:
• Provide a general support to the HR department with primary focus of personnel administration and benefits administration
• Get acquainted with employee employment lifecycle supporting administrative activities e.g., managing labor booklets, maintaining employee personal records etc.
• Be involved in the time and attendance administration
• Assist in day-to-day employee questions and needs related to that topic under the guidance of your mentor
To be successful in the role you need:
• At least third-year-student (in the field of HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling or other relevant specialty)
• To be an accurate and well-organized person with a keen eye for the detail
• To be customer service oriented, proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• To be willing to develop further your analytical and problem-solving skills
• To have very good English and MS Excel skills
• To enjoy working in a fast paced, team focused and friendly environment with plenty of opportunities for personal development
