- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Help customers set up and troubleshoot their devices.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat using the client’s system.
- Identify customer needs, provide product knowledge, research issues, and offer solutions.
- Stay updated on product expertise, including wireless network solutions, customer service best practices, and email etiquette.
What You Need to Succeed:
- German (B2 - C1) & English (B2 - C1)
- Basic knowledge of internet routers, connectivity, and troubleshooting
- Interest in consumer electronics and technical problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems with ease
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that suits you!
