What you’ll do as a Content writer?

  • Create knowledge base articles, training materials, and updates across all Xvantage™ pillars while maintaining consistency and high quality

  • Develop content ideas and topics for help articles aligned with the main topic tree

  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and relevant

  • Maintain and update existing articles with necessary revisions

  • Regularly update content based on release notes

  • Collaborate with other creators, and teams on joint projects

  • Publish and manage content across designated platforms and tools

What you’ll bring?

  • Fluency in English (B2-C1)

  • 1-3 years of functional experience on a content writer, content creation or a similar role is considered as an advantage

  • University degree in Marketing or similar (an advantage)

  • Experience with content creating tools (Zendesk and Kentico are a plus) as well as MS Office

  • Ability to perform duties with accuracy and a strong degree of urgency;

  • Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
