Sales Representative with German

What will you do:

• Conduct outbound calls with B2B customers from the IT industry to provide information about product’s features, special offers, events etc.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions including updating contact information in the CRM

• Gather feedback from resellers on follow up processes and business opportunities through email or outbound calls

• Advises resellers of vendor marketing campaigns

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Strong knowledge in German - B2/C1 level

• 1+ years of customer-facing experience (will be considered as an advantage, but not mandatory)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A customer-driven approach and goal-oriented mindset
