Office Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting others, and excels in communication and multitasking.
As our Office Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for daily office operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and external partners
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail)
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
• Support HR and administrative teams with documentation and organizational tasks
• Organize internal events, team activities, and company meetings
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and building management
• Monitor office budgets and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (if needed)
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
