Our Inside sales representative with English and French:

Pro-actively communicates with B2B customers from the IT industry
-
Maintains accurate customer master record including licenses, software and service contracts, shipping address.

Manages areas of focus to meet set targets and with regard to maintaining the existing customer base and revenue.

Answers customer inquiries via e-mail or phone calls to fulfill requests for information and resolution of basic/standard issues or sales inputs within the defined SLA.

Performs e-mail or outbound calls to existing or prospective customers on basic company initiatives such as: customer follow ups, sales or vendor leads and potential orders

Follows up on phone calls placed to offer assistance, obtain status and feedback.

Manages relationship with designated contacts (i.e. purchasing agents) in efforts to grow sales and maintain business partnership

Works Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 in a hybrid mode
About you:
You are:

Pro-active and open-minded person, who speaks French and English without any worries (B2-C1)

Thinking outside the box to drive positive improvement
And you also:

Have experience in an international company (an advantage)

Adore communication with both internal and external stakeholders

Have at least a year of previous experience in sales, customer support or other equivalent positions

Are motivated by the idea of meeting challenging targets

Are a team player willing to share learnings from success and challenges alike
