We are currently seeking a Networks and Communications Intern to provide support for day‑to‑day network and communication processes and to acquire hands‑on knowledge in enterprise IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the Bank’s communication and network systems
- Support basic troubleshooting of network issues, hardware, ATMs, POS terminals, and telephony
- Help process IT communication requests from employees
- Assist in documenting infrastructure changes and archiving configuration files
- Support monitoring of network infrastructure and reporting incidents
- Help with initial configuration of routers, switches, and telephones under supervision
- Assist in preparing documentation for auctions and participate in supplier meetings
- Support installation and setup of new network equipment
- Contribute to projects involving new IT services and cross‑department collaboration
- Assist in updating procedures, documentation, and participating in team meetings
Requirements:
- Student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or similar
- Basic understanding of networks, routers, switches, and connectivity
- Interest in network administration and IT infrastructure
- Attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good level of English language

Internship Details:
- Duration: 6 to 12 months
- Schedule: Adapted to your university workload (no need for full-time presence or daily attendance)
- Paid internship: stipend provided under a labor contract for specific working days of the week
