What does our Sales Administrator with French do:

  • Processes and enters customer orders into internal systems

  • Tracks orders throughout their lifecycle

  • Ensures accuracy of data and timely order processing

  • Communicates with colleagues via Microsoft Teams to clarify order details and quotations

  • Handles primarily written communication via email; participates in occasional calls and training sessions with colleagues in France

  • Works in an international environment with a hybrid working model

  • Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 – 19:00

  • Has good teamwork skills and cheerful attitude

  • Feels comfortable speaking and writing in French (B2) and in English (B2)

  • Owns the ability to prioritize work

  • Can multi-task and respond to rapid change without any worries

  • Understands well the principles and foundations of MS Office Programs

  • Has previous experience in order management/data processing or other equivalent (considered an advantage)
