About the position:
The ITAD (IT asset disposition) part of the company provides services to support the life cycle of a product - logistics, control and tracking, refurbishment and repair, data destruction and recycling.

As an ITAD Customer Support & Onboarding Representative you will be:

  • Logging and coordinating the execution of requests for ITAD services

  • Making reports on the customers based on the products they have taken and their status

  • Handling communication on behalf of supported external and internal partners

  • Creating new customer profiles in the system and updating existing ones

  • Ensuring accurate system configuration based on customer requirements and business processes

  • Working Mon-Fri - 10:00-19:00 on a hybrid model

About you:
We are looking for someone who has:

  • Very good knowledge of English (B2-C1)

  • Desire to work in an international company

  • Previous experience of working with people

  • Customer Support experience (not a must, but an advantage)

  • Knowledge of MS Excel (an advantage)
