About the position:
The ITAD (IT asset disposition) part of the company provides services to support the life cycle of a product - logistics, control and tracking, refurbishment and repair, data destruction and recycling.
As an ITAD Customer Support & Onboarding Representative you will be:

Logging and coordinating the execution of requests for ITAD services

Making reports on the customers based on the products they have taken and their status
-
Handling communication on behalf of supported external and internal partners
-
Creating new customer profiles in the system and updating existing ones
-
Ensuring accurate system configuration based on customer requirements and business processes
-
Working Mon-Fri - 10:00-19:00 on a hybrid model
About you:
We are looking for someone who has:

Very good knowledge of English (B2-C1)

Desire to work in an international company

Previous experience of working with people

Customer Support experience (not a must, but an advantage)

Knowledge of MS Excel (an advantage)
